Among the 200 pages of recipes and cooking tips are featured stories about a dozen Iowa Jersey families behind each category divider. A special '3-A-Day of Dairy' section includes recipes which use plenty of dairy products. There is also a 16-page Kid's Kitchen Kraft section. These make great gifts.

Jersey Heifer Statues

In honor of the 50th National Heifer Sale, the Iowa Jersey Cattle Club commissioned the creation of a limited edition, numbered Jersey heifer statue on an Iowa plaque. The #1 statue will be auctioned silently during the convention.
